Job summary

Schneider Electric Philippines seeks a Services Operations Tools Specialist to join the Global Continuous Improvement & Performance Management Team. The role drives adoption of Service Operations tools, ensures data quality, and deploys dashboards across regions, collaborating with analytics teams and regional partners.

You will test, validate, and train across LOBs, develop reports in Tableau/Excel, and support tool deployment, with a focus on accuracy, governance, and user enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project/service environments.
• Hands-on experience with digital service tools (bFO/bFS), dashboards, and reporting tools (Tableau, SQL, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and deployment of Service Operations tools and dashboards across regions.
• Develop, test, and deploy digital service tools and dashboards with stakeholders.
• Validate backlog stories, approve DEV for production, and maintain backlog items.
