Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines in Manila seeks a Contract & Service Management professional to develop and maintain documentation and reporting for ING's initiatives, collaborating with global partners to ensure compliant contracting and high-quality service delivery.

You will manage SLAs/KPIs, handle contract lifecycle activities, and provide SME guidance on the ING Outsourcing Framework, ensuring alignment with global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in service management or contracting.
• Experience in contract management and vendor management.
• Financial services background is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools.
• Experience in global stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and finalization of contracts with service and outsourcing owners.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive repository of contracts and related documentation.
• Monitor contract performance and manage renewals, amendments, terminations.
• Serve as SME on contract-related matters across the organization.
• Establish and manage SLAs and KPIs for service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service execution.
• Handle service-related escalations by directing issues to POCs.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance service processes and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present service performance and contract compliance reports.
• Oversee data governance for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Provide SME guidance on ING Outsourcing Framework and global standards.
