Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Service Manager III to lead global service management activities, ensuring clarity and control over services, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. The role requires strong engagement with service providers and ING entities worldwide, plus expertise in contracts and reporting.

The candidate will develop and maintain service management documentation, collaborate with multiple business partners, and contribute to the ING framework's maturity

Qualifications

• Experience in service management, project management and customer service.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across geographies.
• Familiarity with risk and control frameworks and global standards.
• Proven ability to manage contracts and service life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage service management activities to ensure clarity, transparency, and control of services.
• Collaborate with service providers and ING entities globally to drive improvements and quality.
• Develop, organize, and maintain service management documentation and reporting for initiatives.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with service and outsourcing owners; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and deliver service management reports for stakeholders; organize country calls with Service Owners and Sourcing Contacts.
