Job summary

ING Hubs B.V. Philippine Branch is seeking a Service Manager III to lead service level management with global reach.

The role focuses on driving clarity, transparency, and control across ING’s services in line with the ING framework, while coordinating with partners across geographies. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining documentation, monitoring performance, and acting as SME on contract matters.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in service management, project management, and customer service.
• Negotiation and communication experience with senior decision-makers.
• Analytical skills to interpret service metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Organizational sensitivity in an international operation and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, negotiation, and finalization of contracts with service and outsourcing owners.
• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive repository of contracts and related documentation.
• Monitor contract performance and manage renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issue resolution.
• Serve as SME, guiding on contract-related matters across the organization.
• Prepare, maintain, and deliver service management reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Service Owners and Sourcing Contacts per country.
