Job summary

Plan International, UK-based NGO, seeks a detail-oriented SAP Procurement Specialist to support global users of SAP S/4HANA MM. You will resolve queries, maintain data accuracy, and support system workflows, access, and vendor management in a high-volume environment.

This permanent role reports to the Head of Supply Chain System and Standards and requires strong Excel skills, proactive problem solving, and experience in international or NGO settings.

Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA MM expertise with Procurement / P2P
• Hands-on SAP operational support experience
• Knowledge of workflows, master data, and access controls
• International or NGO experience
• Additional language skills (e.g. French or Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for SAP procurement queries and transactional issues (PR, PO, MIGO, GR/IR)
• Maintain approval workflows, hierarchies, and procurement data integrity
• Manage SAP user access, roles, and security compliance
• Administer vendor master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Support reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Deliver user training and collaborate with global stakeholders
