Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting in Taguig is seeking an experienced SAP MM Senior Associate to join our Business Application Consulting team. You will analyze procurement requirements, configure SAP MM solutions, and support transformation initiatives.

You will work with clients to optimize purchasing, supplier and contract management, and participate in Source to Pay (S2P) transformations while providing training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• 4+ years SAP MM/Procurement experience.
• Strong SAP procurement process knowledge (purchasing, inventory, supplier, contract).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement and S2P processes.
• SAP Ariba/Fieldglass/IBP knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client-facing teamwork skills.

About the Job

We are looking for an SAP MM Senior Associate to join our client's Business Application Consulting team and support SAP procurement and business transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work with clients to analyze procurement requirements, configure and implement SAP MM solutions, and improve purchasing, supplier, contract, and inventory management processes. You will also provide technical support and training while helping clients optimize their procurement operations through SAP and Source to Pay (S2P) transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP MM / SAP Procurement.
• Strong experience in SAP Procurement processes, including purchasing, inventory, supplier, and contract management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Source to Pay (S2P) processes.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP IBP, or related SAP solutions is an advantage.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation, configuration, integration, or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Good client-facing, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• SAP certifications in procurement solutions, such as SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, or related credentials, are an advantage.
