SAP MM Senior Associate

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Senior Associate to join our team, supporting clients in optimizing their procurement and supply chain processes through SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in SAP Materials Management alongside excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships and drive successful Source to Pay (S2P) transformations.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field

• At least 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience

• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English

Preferred:

• One or more SAP certifications in Procurement solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, or related spend management credentials)

• Proven experience in SAP Procurement and Source to Pay (S2P) Transformation

• Strong communication and teamwork skills within client-focused, collaborative environments

• Experience navigating complex supply chain technology projects, particularly with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning)

• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts and translate them into actionable insights

• Demonstrated ability to build meaningful client relationships and proactively anticipate client needs

• Track record of upholding professional and technical standards, with experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
