Deltek is seeking a Salesforce Development Tech Lead to guide and grow a global engineering team of six Salesforce Engineers. You will mentor, code, and drive best practices across configuration and development, balancing hands-on work with leadership in a USA-aligned, global customer environment.

The ideal candidate will own the SDLC, lead architecture discussions, and leverage DevOps tools like Gearset or Copado while coordinating with onshore/offshore teams to deliver reliable Salesforce

Competenze

• 6+ years of Salesforce.com development experience.
• Hands-on with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud.
• Proven people leadership and technical leadership for a Salesforce team.
• Hands-on Lightning development: Apex, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, LWC.
• SDLC and DevOps expertise with Gearset or Copado and GitHub.
• Experience with API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and ETL tools like Workato.
