Emerson is seeking a Product Owner to drive software delivery for process automation within a SAFe Agile framework. You will translate customer and business needs into valuable outcomes, guide development teams, and refine the backlog to deliver cloud, web, and desktop solutions.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, ensure quality and timely delivery, and continuously improve Agile practices across cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in product ownership or a similar software delivery role.
• Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proficient with Agile and SAFe practices, including PI planning and dependency management.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to translate vision into actionable direction for development teams.
• Support PI planning by refining features, identifying dependencies and risks.
• Manage and refine the team backlog to balance value, priorities, tech requirements, quality, and capacity.
• Develop clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting requirements.
• Explain customer impact and business value to enable prioritization decisions.
• Incorporate feedback to improve usability and reliability.
• Coordinate across development, quality, architecture, operations, and security teams.
• Review work against acceptance criteria and intended business results.
• Communicate priorities, risks, and decisions to global stakeholders.
• Contribute to ongoing Agile practice improvements.
