Job summary

Emerson is seeking a seasoned Scrum Leader to empower software teams across the organization. You will coach agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure delivery of high‑value increments aligned to PI objectives.

You will partner with Product Owners, engineers, QA, DevOps and security teams, remove impediments, promote continuous improvement, and communicate progress and risks to diverse stakeholders to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years supporting software teams in Scrum or Agile leadership roles.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication across global teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide iteration planning and delivery aligned with PI objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team events.
• Prepare for PI Planning, align objectives, and manage dependencies/risks.
• Identify and remove obstacles to team effectiveness.
• Improve workflow visibility and predictability through metrics and continuous improvement.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and servant leadership.
