Emerson is seeking a Scrum Leader to support a software development team by enabling effective Agile execution, fostering collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience supporting software development teams in a Scrum Master/Agile role.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies with cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of Scrum and SAFe principles and practices.
• Experience identifying impediments, dependencies, and driving continuous improvements.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Enable successful team execution by guiding iteration planning aligned with PI objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team events (planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, retros).
• Support PI delivery through PI Planning prep, objective alignment, progress tracking, risk management.
• Identify and remove obstacles by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Improve visibility and predictability of workflow using metrics and continuous improvement.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and servant leadership.
• Foster inclusive and collaborative environment built on trust and accountability.
• Partner with Product Owners, engineers, QA, DevOps, security, and others to deliver.
• Communicate progress and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Champion continuous improvement and leverage automation and AI-enabled tools.
