Job summary

Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ is seeking a Scrum Leader to empower software development teams by implementing Agile and SAFe practices, facilitating ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement across program increments.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, quality teams, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software aligned with PI objectives, while strengthening delivery flow and business impact.

Qualifications

Experience supporting software development teams in a Scrum Master/Agile role.
Facilitation of Agile ceremonies and cross-functional delivery.
Knowledge of Scrum and SAFe principles.
Ability to identify impediments and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

Guide iteration planning and delivery aligned with PI objectives and quality standards.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team events (planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
Prepare for PI Planning, align objectives, track progress, coordinate dependencies and risks.
Identify and remove obstacles by collaborating with stakeholders.
Improve visibility and predictability with metrics and continuous improvement.
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and servant leadership.
Foster inclusive, trust-based, collaborative teams.
Partner with Product Owners and engineers to support delivery.
