Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Responsible Sourcing Specialist to execute supplier due diligence, assess compliance, and support CSR/ESG initiatives across the global supply chain.

You will work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to the Xerox Supplier Code of Conduct, manage risk, and contribute to governance, reporting, and continuous improvement in responsible sourcing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Responsible Sourcing, Supplier Management, Compliance, CSR/ESG, Sustainability, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of responsible sourcing frameworks and topics (Supplier Social Responsibility, RBA Audits, SA8000, ISO 45001, Conflict Minerals).

Responsibilities

• Execute supplier due diligence to verify compliance with legal requirements and Xerox Supplier Code of Conduct.
• Support supplier risk assessments, self-assessment questionnaires, audits, and related compliance activities.
• Organize, plan, schedule, and monitor supplier engagement to obtain information and documentation.
• Consolidate submissions, review results, and track corrective action implementation.
• Serve as a contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding responsible sourcing program activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and presentations for program management and reviews.
