Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Sustainability & CSR Reporting Specialist to support global CSR and sustainability disclosures. The role requires strong ESG reporting knowledge, excellent writing, and collaboration across multiple teams to deliver accurate, high-quality disclosures aligned with global frameworks.

• Coordinate SMEs to develop, review, and validate report content.
• Manage CSR reporting processes using Workiva.
• Support disclosures for GRI, SASB, UNGC, EcoVadis, and CSRD.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Supply Chain, and EHS teams.
• Identify reporting gaps and drive process improvements.
