Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Technical Resiliency Analyst to join the Legal team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will own and support enterprise-level risk management, business continuity, and resiliency programs across the organization.

The role requires mapping processes, identifying gaps, and driving scenario-based exercises to ensure robust disaster recovery capabilities. Collaboration with global teams and vendors will be essential to maintain compliance and effective

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Information Technology; other majors considered.
Typically minimum 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Performs and assists in enterprise-level risk management and operational compliance functions.
Interpret guidelines to provide a second line of defense on Business Continuity Management items.
Manage and assist with the Business Resiliency Governance program implementation globally.
Map end-to-end service processes and identify Single Point of Failure.
Review technology resiliency changes to ensure compliance with Technical Resiliency Standard.
Create and deliver scenario-based exercises and oversee technology exercises for resiliency and disaster recovery.
Identify risks, track remediation through closure, and escalate as needed.
Oversee creation of application-level disaster recovery/technical resiliency plans.
Use Archer to document and manage risks and resiliency activities across units.
Coordinate incident management, business continuity/disaster recovery training and awareness.
Participate in vendor reviews as a Business Resiliency SME.
Monitor incident inbox and track weather events, incidents, and crises.
