Job summary

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Global Service Desk. You will provide remote, multi-region IT assistance, troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and help keep users productive across time zones.

You’ll work with AD, Office 365, and various business apps, collaborating with global teams and external providers to resolve high-priority incidents while delivering a high-quality end-user experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support experience in a global environment.
• Experience with AD and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience in a multi-region, 24x7 shift schedule.
• ITIL v4 certification is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support to end-users across regions via phone, chat, email and tickets.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Administer user accounts, security groups, and resources in AD.
• Support Office 365 and business apps to resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and external providers.
• Prioritize tickets and maintain high end-user satisfaction.
