Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in process, controls, risk, compliance, or audits.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into implementable controls.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience documenting processes, controls, and governance routines.
• Project delivery capability including planning, tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory and risk requirements into clear process and control enhancements.
• Design and adapt control solutions including preventive and detective controls.
• Maintain accurate process and control documentation, with ownership and evidence standards.
• Partner with stakeholders across regions to align requirements and communications.
• Perform business impact analysis to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
• Define roles and responsibilities for governance, handoffs, and accountability.
• Create and manage implementation plans with scope, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate testing and validation activities and remediate gaps.
• Track initiative status, risks, and decisions through governance forums.
• Support ongoing risk assessments including issue identification and root-cause analysis.
