Job summary

OX Tools is hiring a Global Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment across NA, EUK, ANZ and PH. Based in the Philippines, this hybrid role partners with regional leaders to deliver quality hires at pace and strengthen our employer brand.

You’ll manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and recruitment analytics, maintaining strong candidate experience and compliant processes across jurisdictions while continuously elevating our talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience supporting international or multi-region hiring.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards and direct search.
• Experience managing an ATS and recruitment reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Highly organised; able to manage multiple requisitions across time zones.
• Understanding of fair, inclusive and compliant hiring practices.

The Role:

The Global Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist owns end-to-end recruitment across all OX regions, ensuring we attract, engage and hire the talent that fuels our growth. Based in the Philippines and working within the Global People & Culture Centre of Excellence, you partner with regional leaders to deliver quality hiring at pace, build proactive talent pipelines and strengthen our employer brand. This is a global role and the foundation of OX’s talent acquisition capability — not a regional administrative one.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across NA, EUK, ANZ and PH — briefing, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer support.
• Partner with regional leaders and hiring managers to define roles, competencies and future skill needs.
• Proactively build talent pipelines and a warm candidate pool for priority and recurring roles.
• Deliver a high-quality, timely and inclusive candidate experience end-to-end.

Employer Brand & Sourcing

• Strengthen OX’s employer brand across LinkedIn, careers channels and job platforms.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies (direct search, referrals, communities) to reduce agency reliance.
• Represent OX’s values and employee value proposition authentically to candidates.

Systems, Data & Reporting

• Own the applicant tracking system / recruitment tracker and keep data accurate.
• Report on hiring metrics — time-to-hire, source effectiveness, funnel conversion and quality of hire.
• Provide recruitment insight and forecasting to the Global P&C team.

Process & Compliance

• Ensure recruitment practices are fair, consistent and compliant across jurisdictions.
• Maintain right-to-work, documentation and data-privacy standards in each region.
• Continuously improve the recruitment process, tools and templates.

• Hiring managers experience a smooth, well-managed process.
