Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment for US and BZ locations with Manila support.
• Lead and develop the recruiting team; monitor key metrics.
• Develop sourcing strategies, partnerships with vendors and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and HR on initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Enhance candidate experience and managing applicant processes.
• Provide input to improve recruiting processes and scalability.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics to leadership.
• Maintain current job descriptions and sourcing documentation.
