Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Global Recruitment Marketing Manager to drive worldwide employer branding and candidate attraction across multiple regions. The role focuses on hands-on execution, building scalable campaigns, and improving candidate experience to increase qualified applicant pipelines.

The candidate will lead global strategies and manage cross-regional teams in a dynamic, data-driven environment, with on-site work at VXI Makati.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Proven track record of owning multi-channel campaigns with measurable hiring improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, data-driven recruitment marketing campaigns to strengthen brand and governance.
• Lead global paid and organic campaigns to build regional pipelines across channels.
• Manage analytics, spend, and ROI across the recruitment marketing ecosystem.
• Partner with regional TA teams and vendors to translate hiring needs into targeted strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop recruitment marketing teams globally in content, analytics and execution.

The Global Recruitment Marketing Manager drives the global recruitment marketing and employer

brand strategy across key regions (Guatemala, Jamaica, Egypt and North America). You will lead

the worldwide employer and brand and candidate attraction strategy.

This is a hands-on, executionfocused leadership role that builds scalable, data-driven campaigns to strengthen employer brand awareness, improve candidate experience, and increase qualified applicant pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Marketing Strategy: Designing scalable, data-driven campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and establish governance standards that allow for regional customization.


• Campaign Management: Leading global paid and organic campaign strategies crosstraditional and digital platforms to build qualified applicant pipelines across all regions.


• Analytics and Optimization: Managing the global recruitment marketing ecosystem, optimizing advertising spend, and demonstrating ROI.


• Stakeholder Management: Partnering with regional TA and external vendors to translatehiring needs into targeted TA strategies.


• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop recruitment marketing team members globally across content, analytics, and campaign execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction, with at least 3 years of management experience.


• Campaign Expertise: Proven track record of owning end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns with measurable improvements in hiring outcomes.


• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of traditional and digital channels, content strategies, paid media, and talent CRM platforms.


• Communication: Excellent storytelling abilities and the capacity to align global strategies with culturally relevant local execution.


• Must have experience in Global Recruitment Marketing


• Must be ameanble to work in graveyard shift schedule


• Must be amenable to work on site in VXI Makati
