Job summary

Baker McKenzie in Manila is seeking an AoA Recruitment Coordinator to deliver high-quality, proactive recruitment support to Regional Recruitment Directors and the APAC People Director. This role forms part of the global Recruitment team and handles a broad range of administrative tasks and regional projects across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality delivery on day-to-day recruitment tasks and projects for regional needs.
• Support overarching AoA recruitment priorities and global/regional strategies.
• Engage with cross-regional stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with other AoA Recruitment Coordinators as part of a global team.
• Share knowledge and materials across regions to enable consistent delivery.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.
• Provide regular updates and metrics to Recruitment Leadership and Operations as needed.
• Assist the Recruitment Directors and wider team across multiple workstreams.
