Job summary

Baker McKenzie is seeking an AoA Recruitment Coordinator who will provide proactive recruitment support to Regional Directors and the People Director for APAC. The role spans the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific, handling admin tasks, project execution, and cross-region collaboration to advance AoA priorities.

You'll partner with other AoA Recruitment Coordinators, promote knowledge sharing, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders while reporting progress to Recruitment

Qualifications

• Ability to anticipate recruitment needs and mitigate risks with sound judgement.
• Strong administrative skills including scheduling and confidentiality.
• Experience supporting recruitment or talent projects with deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems and digital collaboration tools.
• Comfort with shifting priorities in a fast-paced, multi-region environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders and candidates.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Directors of Recruitment with day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Deliver proactive recruitment administration across regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
• Coordinate with AoA Recruitment Coordinators to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide regular updates and metrics to Recruitment Leadership.
• Participate in strategic projects and process improvements.
• Assist with automation opportunities and technology-enabled efficiencies.
