Job summary

Baker McKenzie seeks an AoA Recruitment Coordinator to provide proactive recruitment support across the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific. You will partner with Regional Recruitment Directors and the People Director - APAC on day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives in-market.

You will drive cross-regional projects, promote knowledge sharing, and maintain relationships with stakeholders while delivering timely updates and reporting to Recruitment Leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruitment operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with HR platforms and digital tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates cultural awareness across regions.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Recruitment Directors with day-to-day tasks.
• Assist on defined regional/global recruitment priorities.
• Coordinate cross-regional recruitment projects.
• Collaborate with the global Recruitment team for admin tasks.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and metrics to leadership.
