Qualifications

• College graduate.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment is an advantage.
• Experience with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a plus.
• Experience supporting multiple countries.
• Exposure to working with internal and external clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of recruitment systems and tools such as Workday is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities across supported countries and manage recruitment workflows.
• Support candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely interview scheduling and briefings.
• Set up required background checks and coordinate candidate assessments.
• Proactively report trends and blockers in recruitment administration.
• Maintain positive client relationships and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Collaborate with local People Services teams to address operational concerns.
