Job summary

ING is seeking a CPS Recruitment Administration Senior Specialist to support recruitment operations across multiple countries and ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring experience.

The role requires strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with exposure to recruitment systems like Workday. You will coordinate timelines, background checks, and candidate assessments while driving process improvements and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• College graduate.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a plus.
• Experience supporting multiple countries.
• Exposure to working with internal and external clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of recruitment systems and tools such as Workday is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities across supported countries.
• Arrange interview schedules and candidate briefings.
• Set up required background checks and candidate assessments.
• Report trends on recruitment administrative requests.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and service delivery metrics.
• Support staff inquiries and assist in training new joiners.
