Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a global leader in healthcare and life sciences, proudly supporting a shared services center in Taguig. This senior leadership role oversees Controllership, General Ledger, Management Accounting, and Product Costing to align with business goals.

You will drive continuous improvement, data integrity, and cost efficiency; build KPI-driven performance management; lead a high-performing finance team; and foster collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• CPA or CMA/CFA certification preferred.
• 8+ years in Finance Operations incl. Month-End Close, GL, Product Costing, and Management Accounting.
• 3+ years in people leadership; 5+ years in Global Business Services/Shared Services.
• Strong analytical, risk management, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations strategy for Controllership, General Ledger, Management Accounting, and Product Costing, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, innovation, data integrity, and cost efficiency.
• Build transparent, KPI-driven performance management and improve service delivery quality.
• Optimize organizational structures, governance, and decision-making processes.
• Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities across end-to-end operations.
• Develop a high-performing talent pipeline through upskilling, knowledge sharing, and SME development.
