Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Production Manager Specialist to drive end-to-end projects across Markets and Global levels, including budgeting, planning, execution and closing. You will lead a graphic design team, ensure quality outputs, and collaborate with cross-functional partners across Marketing and Communications to deliver on project goals.

You will coach and develop junior team members, maintain brand standards, and manage design priorities across multiple initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes

Qualifications

• Must have experience in leading teams and managing budgets.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and develop team members.
• Proven graphic design experience and ability to mentor creative teams.
• Excellent creative judgement to evaluate visual outputs and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project governance, resource mobilization, monitoring and reporting.
• Align with sponsors to define implementation plans and ensure on-time delivery.
• Close projects by validating outcomes and capturing lessons learned.
• Lead, coach and engage the project team, communicating roles and feedback.
• Direct graphic design team to align with Nestlé brand standards and quality.
