Job summary

Op360 in Cebu City is seeking a Project Manager to lead large, multi-stream projects across geographies. You will be accountable for on-time delivery, stakeholder alignment, and successful client implementations.

You will coordinate teams, manage budgets and timelines, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong client relationships. Fluency in English and PMP/ Scrum Master are preferred. A background in BPO operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management experience, including client implementations.
• Operations or product experience in a BPO environment is strongly preferred.
• PMP and Scrum Master certification are preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, GSuite, and Salesforce/Zoho; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects across multiple work streams and geographies.
• Accountable for success, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of deliverables across all work streams.
• Manage people, process, and technology activities to set up and begin operations for a new outsourcing engagement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders to ensure team alignment and actions.
• Manage internal/external client relationships throughout project stages.
• Implement business based on customer and contractual requirements.
• Define ramp plans and timelines to meet client expectations.
• Promote quality of work via proper scoping, documentation, and reporting.
• Mitigate risks and financial loss by scoping, budgeting, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain action logs, resolve issues, and conduct lessons learned for all projects.
• Contribute to developing internal PM processes and mobilization of resources.
• Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends, and implement changes.
• Ensure compliance with OP360’s standard processes and services.
