Job description

We're looking for a strategic, collaborative, and highly organized Project Manager to join our PeopleComms Technology Project Management Office. This role is accountable for ensuring efficient, high-impact service delivery in alignment with service level agreements for both internal and external stakeholders. You'll lead cross-functional teams, drive performance, and support the execution of complex initiatives using Traditional, Agile, and Rapid development methodologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional decision-making abilities, sound judgement and accountability.

This is a high-visibility role that contributes directly to our digital transformation-leveraging data, automation, and AI to elevate how we deliver HR services globally.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex business and technical projects across multiple stakeholder groups, with a focus on strategic enablement and operational excellence.
• Manage projects through all phases - from initiation to implementation - ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners, to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including budget management, personnel, and technology, to optimize project outcomes and efficiency.
• Drive process innovation and automation, identifying opportunities to streamline delivery and enhance user experience.
