Job summary

Aviato Consulting is seeking a Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise software and cloud projects. You will drive planning, tracking, and cross-functional execution across multiple client accounts.

In this role you will use AI-enhanced PM practices to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic goals and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience leading large-scale software or cloud projects.
• Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
• Cross-functional leadership with the ability to guide teams without direct reporting authority.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, cloud environments, and modern tech stacks.
• Experience with AI/ML projects or technology consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with AI-assisted tools.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and SOW requirements.
• Lead client reviews and steering committees to maintain alignment.
• Oversee multiple accounts and remove blockers with Scrum Masters.
• Identify risks early and manage scope changes with clients.
