Ingram Micro is seeking an AI Enablement Technical Program Manager (Consultant, Program Management) to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI initiatives. You will bridge business stakeholders with AI engineering, data, and platform teams to define roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.

You will guide prioritization of AI use cases, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure governance and security alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field
• 5–10 years in Technical Program Management or equivalent
• Proven delivery of large-scale AI/ML or data platform programs
• Familiar with MLOps, model monitoring, and governance

What You'll Do: Your Role in Making an Impact

As an AI Enablement Technical Program Manager (Consultant, Program Management), you will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic enterprise AI programs, helping transform innovative ideas into scalable solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes. Reporting to the Program Manager Lead, you will serve as the bridge connecting business stakeholders, product teams, AI engineering, development, data engineering, and platform teams to ensure successful execution across multiple initiatives. In this role, you will define program roadmaps, establish milestones and success measures, and guide the prioritization of AI use cases aligned to organizational goals. You will drive cross-functional coordination, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain alignment between technical delivery and business value realization. You will oversee the deployment of enterprise AI and Agentic AI solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices across model lifecycle management, monitoring, governance, and operational excellence. Additionally, you will provide executive-level visibility into program progress, support organizational adoption of AI capabilities, and help ensure all solutions meet Responsible AI, security, and data privacy standards. Your contributions will directly influence how Ingram Micro scales AI innovation across the business.

What You Bring to the Role: Professional Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management, technology delivery, or a similar leadership role managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven success delivering large-scale technology, AI/ML, data platform, or digital transformation programs from concept through production deployment.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including GenAI, data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and enterprise AI delivery practices.
  • Experience leading enterprise AI, machine learning, or data platform programs at scale.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices, model monitoring, retraining frameworks, and AI governance standards.
  • Exposure to Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, automation platforms, or intelligent workflow solutions.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, hybrid, or large-scale enterprise delivery environments.
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or similar environments.
• Certification or formal training in Project Management, Agile, Scrum, SDLC, or related methodologies is highly valued.
