Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, project management, data, digital transformation, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in portfolio, program, project, or operations management in technology or AI-related initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects, stakeholders, delivery schedules, dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Governance, progress reporting, executive dashboards, and management communications experience.
• Experience supporting system implementation, process improvement, migration, or transformation from planning to delivery.
• Portfolio, program, and project management including planning, delivery tracking, dependencies, and milestones.
• Risk, issue, and control management, escalation, and remediation tracking.
• Resource coordination, capacity planning, and cross-functional stakeholder management across business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI and Big Data delivery from requirements elaboration through design, build, test, migration and production deployment support.
• Manage AI and data product requirements and system capabilities, coordinating technical workstreams and dependencies.
• Ensure implementation outputs are documented, tested, and ready for operational handover.

About the Role

The AI Delivery Manager (Solutions Implementation & Product Build) will support the delivery of AI and Big Data initiatives by coordinating solution implementation activities from requirements elaboration through design, build, integration, testing, migration, and production deployment support. The role will focus on managing AI and data product requirements and system capabilities, coordinating technical workstreams, managing delivery dependencies, and ensuring that implementation outputs are documented, tested, and ready for operational handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, project management, data, digital transformation, or a related field.

• At least 8 years of experience in portfolio, program, project, or operations management, preferably in technology, digital transformation, data, or AI-related initiatives.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, stakeholders, delivery schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource planning.

• Demonstrated experience in project governance, progress reporting, executive dashboards, and management communications.

• Experience supporting system implementation, process improvement, migration, or transformation initiatives from planning through delivery.

• Portfolio, program, and project management, including project planning, delivery tracking, dependency management, and milestone monitoring.

• Risk, issue, and control management, including process reviews, escalation management, and remediation tracking.
• Resource coordination, capacity planning, and cross-functional stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
