Job summary

V2X Inc in the Philippines is seeking a Production Control Clerk Lead to oversee the daily operations of the Production Control and Work Orders sections. You will act as the centralized customer service focal point and manage work requests including after-hours calls and emergency dispatches.

The role requires five years in Production Control, GCSS-Army proficiency, and strong English communication. You will classify work, maintain parts readiness, generate reports, and supervise vehicle fleet

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; must provide copy.
• Driver's License required.
• Capable of communicating technical information in English, written and spoken.
• 5+ years in Production Control; GCSS-Army experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Production Control and Work Orders Section.
• Serves as centralized customer service focal point.
• Processes all work requests, after-hours calls, and dispatches emergencies.
• Classifies work using the Government system and maintains data integrity.
• Manages CE vehicle fleet, vehicle inventory, and related reports.
• Ensures work requests are processed within 24 hours; performs other duties.
