Emapta Global is seeking a Lead Product Owner to strengthen product strategy, optimize Agile backlogs, and improve delivery outcomes across our global operations from the Ortigas office. Qualifications

More than 5–7 years in Product Management or related field with delivery leadership.
Proven track record as a Product Owner with high-quality backlogs and strong credibility with development squads.
Expertise in product ownership practices: user stories, backlog structuring, value-based prioritization.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Product Owner teams through regular reviews, coaching, and development plans.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and maintain backlog quality across squads.
Own product delivery by translating strategy into a prioritized, actionable backlog and ensuring delivery readiness.
