Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, procurement, or related field is required.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• At least 7 years of procurement management experience in a complex, global environment.
• Strong expertise in procurement best practices, strategic sourcing, supplier onboarding, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and governance requirements.
• Lead sourcing and supplier management activities from identification to contract awards with stakeholder engagement.
• Manage supplier performance, negotiate terms, track KPIs, and support reporting and procurement improvements.
• Drive cost optimization and process efficiency through spend analysis and RFP/tender processes.
• Oversee contract management and mentor procurement professionals across regions and time zones.
