Job summary

APL Logistics in the Philippines is seeking a systems and process professional to manage global profile administration and user access across multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and SLA compliance.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports KPI/reporting setup, and maintains documentation for GPA processes while enabling smooth customer implementations and training.

Qualifications

• University degree in Logistics, English, Business mgmt. or related discipline.
• 3-5 years' experience in international logistics environment; Process Improvement experience is an advantage.
• Broad understanding of APLL operational activities and related IT applications.
• Solid command of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Study LP and clarify customer requirements.
• Identify the need to manage system profiling and collaborate with other APLL functions.
• Code and maintain global master data and customer/system profiles in operation systems.
• Manage user access in LSS and onboarding (internal and external).
• Configure Global KPI/Report setups with IT and operations.
• Maintain GPA user manual and documentation; support training.
