Job summary

SGS in the Philippines seeks a Quality Management professional to maintain the QMS across the TFS network and support audits, aligning with ISO/IFIA standards. You will monitor KPI compliance, propose improvements, and drive automation to enhance efficiency of certification services.

A university degree and at least 5 years in TIC or related services, with lead auditor experience, are required to join a global leader in inspection and certification.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in TIC sector or within the company.
• Experience in Product Conformity Assessment services or similar.
• Familiar with Quality Management Systems implementation and maintenance.
• Experience as auditor or successful completion of Lead Auditor course.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across all TFS offices in liaison with SCs and ensure documentation/records are up to date.
• Prepare plan for internal quality audits and follow up on timely execution.
• Ensure internal audits comply with QMS, 17020, 17065, IFIA requirements via reports and checks.
• Coordinate with external auditors for audits and follow up actions on certification matters.
• Support tenders with documentary requirements and accreditation requests.
• Analyze KPI compliance and propose corrective actions; address critical control points of Certification Centers.
• Identify and propose process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with network to align with client priorities and create training materials.
