Job summary

Tubotech Plumbing Products Philippines Corporation seeks a QA/QC Leader to direct the department and drive quality objectives across operations in Biñan, Laguna.

You will develop and implement quality programs aligned with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 31000, 45001), lead internal audits, and train teams in Quality Management and continuous improvement.

The role requires five years of leadership in QAQC within ISO-certified metal fabrication or manufacturing, with Lean and Six Sigma expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience in QAQC preferably gained in an ISO-certified metal fabrication or manufacturing setup.
• Strong background in ISO systems, GMP, auditing and quality improvement tools.
• Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma and inventory systems.
• Proven Management and Leadership Skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the QAQC department with strategic direction and management to achieve quality objectives and directions of the company
• Develops and implements quality programs that meet customer requirements and satisfaction with provision of roadmap of continuous improvement
• Establishes training programs for knowledge and competency enhancement of all team members in the department and in the organization regarding Quality Management System, Total Quality Management and Continuous Improvement
• Establishes and implements required manuals, procedures, work instructions, forms and supporting documents for Quality Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 31000, 45001), Total Quality Management and Continuous Improvement
• Acts as a Lead Auditor of internal quality audits in compliance to ISO 19011 for maintainability, standardization and opportunities for improvement
