This role involves coordinating quality improvement programs and conducting internal audits. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree with at least a year of supervisory experience in a relevant field, excellent communication skills, and proven leadership capabilities. Qualifications

• At least a year of working experience as an MS (Quality) Supervisor preferably in a Freight Forwarding/Brokerage/Distribution company.
• Experience working with external auditors.
• Training in ISO 9001:2015, Internal Quality Audit, and other ISO training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development/update and implementation of risk management of the company.
• Coordinate documentation of customer complaints and check corrective action plans.
• Create procedures/work instructions and quality plans.
• Review audit report/s submitted by the auditor and assist in finalizing it.
