Job summary

White & Case's Global Operating Center in Manila is seeking a People Project Manager to lead complex HRIS and People systems initiatives from initiation through closure. You will coordinate with People leaders, technology partners, vendors and stakeholders to translate strategy into executable plans while maintaining data privacy.

You will manage budgets, risks and schedules, ensuring governance and compliance across payroll, benefits, and talent systems in a hybrid setup with UK business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience managing complex People or HRIS projects.
• Strong governance, budgeting and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex People system projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including payroll, security, data and reporting.
• Define objectives, scope, schedules, and governance for projects.
• Ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance in all projects.
• Provide reporting on status, risks, and outcomes.
