Job summary

Upper Echelon Products is seeking an Executive Assistant, People & Culture to partner with the Director of Global People & Culture and run a lean HR function. You will own HR systems administration, contractor support, and compliance, while managing the Director's calendar and cross-functional coordination.

You’ll fix gaps, own work streams, and report back proactively in a distributed, international team. Remote role from the Philippines with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HR administration, HR coordination, or as an Executive Assistant supporting HR/People.
• Experience across multiple HR systems and keeping data clean and current.
• Fluency in English for effective global team communication.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Director's calendar, meetings, travel, and cross-functional scheduling.
• Administer core HR systems, data entry, workflows, and troubleshooting.
• Support payroll, benefits, and international contractor onboarding via Deel.
• Draft and maintain HR communications, policies, and SOPs.
• Handle paperwork for onboarding, changes, and offboarding for staff/contractors.
• Prepare materials and trackers for leadership meetings and initiatives.
