Jobtailor is seeking a payroll specialist to manage cross‑country payroll for Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. You will ensure accurate processing, maintain records, and support the year-end closing with Finance.

Ideal candidates have NZ payroll experience, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of iPayroll, Xero or Workday. This is a remote role requiring reliable internet and a compliant work setup.

• Proven payroll processing experience across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain employee payroll records and manage payroll changes.
• Perform payroll validations, reconciliations, reporting and controls.
• Investigate discrepancies and partner with Finance on payroll accounting and month-end outcomes.
• Provide support to employees and stakeholders on payroll-related queries.
