Job summary

Chevron Holdings Inc. (Manila Shared Services Center) in Makati seeks a Payroll Project Manager to lead and deliver complex multi-country payroll initiatives across systems and vendors, ensuring on-time delivery, scope compliance and strong controls.

You will collaborate with Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and IT, manage interdependencies, drive risk mitigation, and embed continuous improvement, while guiding change management and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-country payroll projects across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll accounting, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Experience supporting compliance, audits, and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll projects across locations, including implementations and transitions.
• Coordinate with Payroll Ops, HR, Finance, Tax, Legal and IT for seamless integration.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and compliance requirements; drive mitigation and timely resolution.
• Own project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Drive data-driven improvements and automation in payroll delivery.
