Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited seeks an entry-level Payroll Associate in Manila to support end-to-end payroll for multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in line with local regulations.

You will be the primary contact for payroll inquiries, collaborating with HR, Finance, and external vendors while contributing to process improvements and SOP documentation. This role emphasizes learning and growth in payroll automation and data analysis.

Qualifications

• In-house payroll experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee payroll enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Reward, Global Mobility teams and external payroll vendors.
• Support SOP development, process improvements, and payroll system enhancements.
