Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or finance/payroll operations, preferably in a shared‑services or multinational environment.
• Hands‑on knowledge of payroll processing concepts and statutory payroll requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with payroll and HR systems (SAP and/or Workday preferred; ADP and other payroll systems advantageous).
• Experience with case management or ticketing tools.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Operations & Administration: Execute day‑to‑day payroll tasks and processes for assigned countries in alignment with global standards.
• Payroll Reporting & Validation: Perform payroll reporting, reconciliations, validations, and data checks across payroll/HR/finance systems.
• Timely Pay Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of pay slips and related payments.
• Issue Resolution: Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll issues raised by employees and partners.
• Compliance & Controls: Execute tasks in compliance with SOX requirements and internal controls.
• Documentation: Maintain payroll documentation including SOPs and work instructions.
