Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Payroll professional for our Finance function in Taguig, Philippines. This salaried role supports accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with the Payroll team and ensures proper wage expense allocation across departments.

Responsibilities include reviewing expense reports for policy compliance, researching payroll issues, and maintaining records for retirement, salary, benefits, and position control.

• Research and resolve payroll issues while communicating with employees.

• Maintains accurate records, updates and monitors retirement, salary, benefits, and position control.
• Understands and applies Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
