Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payments and invoice management across markets.
• Ensure SLA, KPI, and compliance adherence to Pay controls.
• Oversee cross-cluster operations and governance with stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor a multi-layered team of Cluster Leads and Specialists.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital enablement.
• Manage third-party providers and ensure KPI adherence.
