Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Process & Digital Lead (GPDL) to drive end-to-end Payments and Experience processes across procurement and finance. You will partner with regional hubs, technology providers, and BPOs to standardize, optimize, and digitize workflows, strengthening controls and user experience.

You will lead a team of Global Process & Digital Managers, develop KPIs, and govern improvement priorities across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
• 8-10 years in Procurement, Finance, or related business experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a management role.
• Experience leading large teams in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive governance, maintenance, and improvement of the E2E Global Standard Process Design.
• Provide oversight to partnerships including technology providers and outsourcing partners.
• Ensure processes are compliant with internal controls and risk management.
• Leverage insights to prioritize services and improve user experience globally.
• Develop product strategies and align with strategic priorities.
• Support automation and AI initiatives within area of responsibility.
• Manage team workflow, performance, and budget within timelines.
