Job summary

Paysend Group is seeking an Application Support Analyst to ensure our payment platforms run reliably, with end-to-end ownership of transaction health. You will investigate transactions, detect anomalies, and support releases across B2C and Enterprise products.

You will work with real-time data using Oracle SQL, Postman, OpenSearch, and Grafana to trace issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive incidents to resolution while communicating with banks and partners globally.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing complex payment flows and issues.
• Ability to query data and read API documentation for integrations.
• Basic Linux/network/cloud admin knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, track, and manage end-to-end payment transaction flows.
• Maintain payment services and monitor system health with Grafana.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and cross-team coordination.
• Resolve transactions flagged for manual parsing and investigate pending payouts.
• Communicate with partners/banks to resolve processing issues.
• Coordinate releases, verify health post-deployment.
