Job summary

RGE Pte Ltd is seeking a Paralegal to join our in-house Legal team, supporting contract administration, legal operations, and intellectual property matters across a global organisation. The role involves drafting and administering contracts, managing records, and coordinating with external counsel.

You will support trademark and patent filings, renewals, and enforcement, working with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely legal processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in paralegal, legal operations, or contract administration roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting trademarks and patents is required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer contracts using approved templates.
• Coordinate contract approvals, execution, and records management.
• Manage legal documentation, invoices, and legal operations processes.
• Support trademark and patent filings, renewals, watch notices, and enforcement matters.
• Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders on legal and IP matters.
